Terry A. Bresnick is a regular consultant on
CTI projects, who combines military domain knowledge and expertise
in decision analysis. He is president of Innovative Decision
Analysis and has over 25 years of experience in applying decision
analysis, operations research, and other analytical techniques
to the problems of Government and industry.
He holds the Degree of Engineer in Engineering-Economic
Systems and an M.S. in Statistics, both from Stanford University,
an M.B.A. in Management Science from George Mason University,
and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy. His experience
includes more than 28 years as an officer in the United States
Army (Active and Reserve) specializing in Operations Research/Systems
Analysis.
Since leaving the service in 1979, Mr. Bresnick
has provided consulting services to decision makers in Government,
the military, and industry. His expertise includes application
of decision analytical techniques to strategic planning, resource
allocation, tradeoff analysis, cost-benefit analysis, requirements
analysis, and systems evaluation and acquisition.
